Guarantee

We aim to guarantee your complete satisfaction. All our products come with a 12 month Manufacturers Guarantee.  We will be pleased to provide more detailed information upon request.

Representation of Goods

Whilst every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we sell, product pictures are only intended as a guide and may not be identical in all respects to the goods supplied. If you feel that a product description or picture is inaccurate or misleading, then please let us know and we will do our best to correct it.

 Making a purchase

 Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our site, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. You can come out of the shopping basket to carry on shopping or proceed straight to checkout.  Check that you are happy with the items you have chosen then proceed to checkout.

Prices on this site are shown in GBP/£ and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Payments

We accept the following methods of payment:  Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta. You can even pay using Pay-Pal.

For reasons of security we must deliver your first order to the Card Holders address. We will also require a land line telephone number to process your order more efficiently. Subsequent orders can be delivered to any other address of your choice (i.e. your workplace etc).

We will not charge your card for any item until it is ready to ship. This also includes payments for any back-ordered items.

Credit Card Security

We offer Card Payment through our online 100% secure site but for your convenience or peace of mind we can also accept card payments and order details over the telephone.

Please note that we do not store any Credit Card or other financial details, which are deleted immediately after the order is processed.

Privacy Policy

GOLF DIVISION does not disclose any Buyer's information to any third party. Cookies are only used on the shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket after an item has been selected.

Back Orders

 We aim to hold all products in stock.  We also aim to despatch your order without delay but despite our best efforts particularly popular items may be out of stock for short periods. In the unlikely event that this occurs we will place a “back order” for you and despatch the goods as soon as they become available. Please note, however, that we will always inform you by email or telephone in the event that the selected item is not in stock in order to give you the option to cancel if you would prefer not to wait for delivery.

Returns

We aim to guarantee your satisfaction at all times. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the goods received please return them to us unused and in the original packaging (with swing tags attached where appropriate) and in a re-saleable condition. This should be done within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Once the goods have been returned to us exchanges will incur an additional delivery charge. Refunds will be given excluding the cost of delivery.

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty in any way, please call the GOLF DIVISION offices immediately on +44 (0)1942 238615 with your original Order Number. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected and returned to our warehouse for inspection and replacement/refund where appropriate.

In the event of the goods having been ordered by error, the customer will be responsible both for the initial delivery charge and for the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.

Delivery

Please note the deadline for us to guarantee Next Day delivery is 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be sent out on the following day. Please allow up to 5 working days for deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Islands. 

All large parcels will be sent by a reputable Courier Service. Small packages may be sent by Royal Mail.  Deliveries will normally be made Monday to Friday unless Saturday Delivery has been selected when the order is placed. Please note that there will be an additional charge for Saturday deliveries. We will advise the anticipated delivery date when your order is confirmed.
